Program 1 The following will be explored in the first 6 weeks: * Stilling the body * Preparing the body * Watching your thoughts and abolishing distractions * Mindfulness and harmony of the self * Finding ones self * Spiritual Awareness * Watching your emotions and developing positive emotions * Concentration and breath * Focusing the wayward mind and an awareness of time * Postures * Positive Affirmations and visualisations **Please bring a note pad with you and a pen, wear comfortable clothing .You may wish to bring cushion with you also.
